Recipe for Healthy oats cake:   1.In a pan, add Rachel's Overnight Oats and roast them on medium flame for few minutes.  Next, grind them in a grinder and take out.  Place in a bowl and add boiling water - let stand for 20 min. 2.In a Food Processor, add raw almonds and dates (chopped) until combined together.  Add a teaspoon of water if needed. 3.In a large bowl, add chopped almonds & dates, chia seeds, dragon fruit juice, coconut flour, the roasted soaked oats and almond extract. 4. 3-Ingredient Banana Oat Cookie Bites

These 3-ingredient cookies are soft and chewy, packed with protein, and just the right amount of natural sweetness. Ingredients 1 cup of Rachel's Overnight Oats 1 medium sized, overly ripe banana 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (or your favorite nut butter) optional toppings/add-ins: coconut, sprinkles, chocolate chips, cinnamon, nuts, dried fruit Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. What's up with Overnight Oats?

So this term "Overnight Oats" has been buzzing around everywhere. You see it on Pinterest, Facebook and all over Instagram and any social media feed, but you're wondering to yourself what exactly are overnight oats. To put it more simply, "Overnight Oats" are a no-cook method of preparing and enjoying oatmeal. In fact, you soak the oats overnight, hence the term "overnight" and your oatmeal breakfast is ready to eat the next morning.
