These 3-ingredient cookies are soft and chewy, packed with protein, and just the right amount of natural sweetness. Ingredients 1 cup of Rachel's Overnight Oats 1 medium sized, overly ripe banana 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (or your favorite nut butter) optional toppings/add-ins: coconut, sprinkles, chocolate chips, cinnamon, nuts, dried fruit Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. So this term "Overnight Oats" has been buzzing around everywhere. You see it on Pinterest, Facebook and all over Instagram and any social media feed, but you're wondering to yourself what exactly are overnight oats. To put it more simply, "Overnight Oats" are a no-cook method of preparing and enjoying oatmeal. In fact, you soak the oats overnight, hence the term "overnight" and your oatmeal breakfast is ready to eat the next morning. No cooking, no heating, no other preparation required other than adding your favorite milk (dairy or nut milk for those vegans out there!) and setting in the fridge overnight....
