These 3-ingredient cookies are soft and chewy, packed with protein, and just the right amount of natural sweetness. So this term "Overnight Oats" has been buzzing around everywhere. You see it on Pinterest, Facebook and all over Instagram and any social media feed, but you're wondering to yourself what exactly are overnight oats. To put it more simply, "Overnight Oats" are a no-cook method of preparing and enjoying oatmeal. In fact, you soak the oats overnight, hence the term "overnight" and your oatmeal breakfast is ready to eat the next morning.
