You see it on Pinterest, Facebook and all over Instagram and any social media feed, but you're wondering to yourself what exactly are overnight oats. To put it more simply, "Overnight Oats" are a no-cook method of preparing and enjoying oatmeal. In fact, you soak the oats overnight, hence the term "overnight" and your oatmeal breakfast is ready to eat the next morning. Rachel's Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats Superfood Cereal

Ingredients 1/2 cup Rachel's Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats  3/4 cup Almond Milk, Seed Milk, or Water Bananas Pecans Nut Butter Takes 1 minute, serves 1. Instructions Mix Rachel's Overnight Oats with almond milk. Cover, refrigerate and soak the mixture from 10 minutes to overnight. After the oats have soaked, add your favorite fruit and nut butter and honey for added flavor.
